When a user enters the forum, they are granted with very first level of trust that does not allow attaching the files to their posts and relies. This possibility becomes available once user reaches next level of trust. The conditions for that are as follows:
- Entering at least 5 topics
- Reading at least 30 posts
- Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts
