Dear @lop25 When a user enters the forum, they are granted with very first level of trust that does not allow attaching the files to their posts and relies. This possibility becomes available once user reaches next level of trust. The conditions for that are as follows: Entering at least 5 topics Reading at least 30 posts Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts I hope it helps.

This is how the platform works. Not only this serves as a anti-spam measure, it also encourages new users to spend some time to get used to the platform.
