Reporting a possible related issue to this one: Page scaling and active sheet selection fail when printing to .pdf (Not entirely sure, but they might be distant cousins.)
Hello team:
I’m back again with another mystery straight from the depths of spreadsheet land ![]()
So here’s the deal: every time I make heavy modifications that affect page scaling, OnlyOffice enters a little “Wait, what” moment, and when I hit print, the scaling goes completely rogue.
In the attached video, you’ll see:
- Page scaling set to Auto Wide.
- I hide column A to mess with the layout.
- Print preview looks perfectly fine (still 1/1 page).
- I tweak the margins just to make sure scaling updates.
- Preview still fine.
- Then I export to PDF or print and BAM a 4 page PDF appears like it owns the place, all at 100% scale.
My current (annoying) workaround:
- Save the modified file.
- Close it.
- Reopen it.
- OnlyOffice suddenly behaves like nothing happened.
Try it yourself, make some serious layout changes that affect page count or scaling, then follow my workaround steps. You’ll see it happen.

Here the file… (Same one I sent for reporting another bug)
This happen on both worlds of RTL or LTR layout… The direction doesn’t matter…
Thanks again for your awesome work and patience. ![]()
