Device: Motorola G24
OS version: Android 14
App version: 9.1.0, build 663, SDK 9.1.0.181
Mode: On Device
Additional information:
When I try to paste a large amount of text, for example, the entire text of a website, the app crashes.

Hey @josejacsan,

Thanks for the report!
It would be really helpful if you could:

  1. Record a short screen video showing exactly how you copy and paste the large text (so we can see the steps and the crash), or
  2. At minimum describe the exact steps in detail (e.g., “I selected all text from this website → long-pressed in ONLYOFFICE → Paste → crash”).

Once we have that, we’ll be able to reproduce and fix it quickly.

Thanks a lot!

I’m also have crash problem after paste text. I copy text little more 1 page and paste in blank document, app close document. Video demonstrates this problem. But after one or more trying text can be paste.

Hey @anderius,

Thanks for the video!
Just to clarify: are you using the latest app version 9.2.0?

Yes. I reinstall app before screen recording.

Hello @anderius

Please note that this resource is dedicated to ONLYOFFICE products.

By that, do you refer to the mobile app?

Yes, all it mobile apps. I mentioned R7 because, according to the concept, as I remember, for your applications for different devices and operating systems, one approach is used to rendering documents, including the web version. And they use the same code base, as far as I understand.

I see, but this is incorrect. Anyways, thank you for the clarification about mobile app, we are running tests from our end to confirm the behavior.

In the meantime, can you take a look at the topic below? Possibly it shares the same behavior.

@anderius, QA team has confirmed that the issue is related to the topic I have mentioned in my previous reply. Adding your query to it.
