Thank you for the information, we are checking this behavior out. In the meantime, can you please let me know how much pages do you have in that document?
I have an update on this case. We’ve managed to reproduce the issue with editor crash in the mobile app and it was registered as a bug, we are working on that. As for the formatting reset: I was informed that this is expected behavior.
In another thread, support replied to me that I need to write here.
