ONLYOFFICE Zotero plugin only works with Zotero when Zotero is used with an online cloud storage account, NOT with Zotero when Zotero is used with locally stored data.
Yes, indeed, the local Zotero seems to pass (or being asked to pass) the title instead of the author and another (empty in my case) field instead of the date.
The bibliography is also missing many of the style details
Just to clarify, the Online (via API) works on my system. Though, I would prefer to use it from local.

Please specify version of Zotero plugin that you are using right now. You can check it in Plugin Manager > Zotero plugin > Info & Support tab.

Thanks. I believe this might be a bug, thus I am kindly asking you to start a new topic with all the details about the issue with local Zotero work.
In general, local support implies usage of the data that you have in Zotero locally. Probably, it is worth checking if any references are available offline.
