On ONLYOFFICE, the Zotero plugin, on my system cannot retrieve the right fields for citations when it is connected to the local Zotero with its local database.
The local zotero is in sync with the only zotero account.
When using the API key in ONLYOFFICE (and therefore breaking the link to the local zotero) the citation works perfectly.
The bibliography is inserted as a single paragraph, both with local and with cloud zotero, this is not really part of this topic, but worthwhile mentioning.
