I’m trying to open a simple XLSX file containing a short table. Every time I try to open it I’m presented with a message “try to restore previous changes?” Pressing yes or no doesn’t make a change, the file or either closed or shows a blank page. I’ve tried both with a local copy of the file and on stored on my onedrive account. same issue. I have a short video about that but can’t upload because I’ve just created my account here

Have you tried resetting apps’ cache and opening the file again?
You get the access to attachments one next trust level is gained. For more information please refer to: Community rules - #14 by Constantine
As a workaround, you can upload your video to a cloud storage and share a link to link to review.
Tried right now. That fixed it both online and locally
