After upgrading the Community Edition from 9.0.0 to 9.0.4, the LDAP service is prompting for payment. Is this normal?

In version 9.0.0, the LDAP setting was available, but after upgrading to 9.0.4, it’s no longer configurable , the LDAP service is prompting for payment.

Is this normal?
