Thank you for the screenshot. As I can see, you are using version 3.1.1, but the actual version of DocSpace is 3.2.1. Please update your version and check the situation again.
By the way, what installation type did you use? For instance, EXE, Docker. Also, what edition do you use (Community/Enterprise)?
