Hi I can add my cloud with Clouds + button but everytime when I close and open Only Office it is gone again. Is it possible to save the link to nextcloud in the Only Office left panel?
Hello,
What is the version of Desktop Editors installed?
What is the OS and intsallation type? (exe, deb, flatpak, etc.)
Tested on Fedora 42 and Windows 11
OO 9.0.3.29
Could you please provide a screen recording of the issue reproduction? We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on Windows 11 Desktop Editors 9.0.3 so far
But also on Fedora 42
Hello @theking2
Could you please re-upload video file and check the situation on the latest v.9.0.4?
here you go: Screencast From 2025-09-13 10-18-32.mp4 - Nextcloud
I see I asked a similar question : Connect OnlyOffice to a free Nextcloud/Collabora server - #2 by Alexandre
Sorry about that
Thank you @theking2
We’re checking the situation.
Dear @theking2
Please let us know the exact versions of Nextcloud and the connector app (if used).
OO: Community version 9.0.4.50 (rpm)
on NC: Community document server Version 0.2.0, AGPL-licensed and
Nextcloud Office: Version 8.7.5, AGPL-licensed
on NC: Community document server Version 0.2.0, AGPL-licensed and
This isn’t the correct connector app, please check this title and install the ONLYOFFICE connector: Community Document Server app in Nextcloud 18
The official connector app: ONLYOFFICE - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud
Once the connector app is installed, please re-check the situation and let us know the result.
I have the Community Document Server installed. And I have another OnlyOffice installed that does have the link fixed. Where is this setting (link to nextcloud) stored?
btw. nextcloud is hosted on “office” dot domain and collabora on “collab” dot domain. Where the domain is my lastname followed with the country code. Opening in a browser the collabora server returns an “OK”
Hello,
I have the Community Document Server installed.
The only advice is to completely remove this connector. The ONLYOFFICE team didn’t develop it and we cannot predict possible issues as described in the post above.
Once the correct connector app is installed you need to specify the Document server address there and re-check the situation.

To be frank, I’m not sure that I understood the situation with Collabora. Please provide details and record a videofile with your actions.
What really is killing me is that it works on a Windows 11 installation:
It would be nice if someone could tell me where OnlyOffice stores this connection in the users profile. And additionally where it would be stored on a linux os.
It I might be wrong but I don’t think it has anything to do with the server. I can access anything on the server just the ‘+’ at ’ Cloud’ is not adding the servers to the OnlyOffice desktop.
And maybe I forgot to tell that I can open documents from my nextcloud effortlessly.
Hello @theking2
Sorry for the late reply.
Recently we’ve released the Desktop app v.9.1. Please update the app and check whether the issue still reproduces. Please let us know the result.
I got this version on Solus now:
It still does not have me attach my nextcloud to the Clouds section. I do have one there:
So something is working.
how do I add nextcloud to this list?
It seems strange.
Please let us know the exact OS version and record a videofile demonstrating the issue. We will check it out.
