I have installed Docs community edition. After installation have started the services. When I open up example page, it opens fine. After I select a word document & upload. I am not able to edit or view. It displays blank page. After a while I get connection is lost error. Can you please help regarding this?

Please send us the logs— I’ll review them once I have time. 
Meanwhile, please also check that all ONLYOFFICE services are running.
A few clarifying points:
- Was ONLYOFFICE Docs installed on a clean machine, or are there already other applications that might use the same dependencies (especially PostgreSQL)?
- If possible, try to install Docs on a clean machine to exclude conflicts.
Please also share details about your setup:
- Server OS version
- Installation type (exe, Docker, deb/rpm)
- Installation method and parameters you used
- A link to the installation guide you followed
