Why is my ability to right-click not working in Spreadsheets?

Hi, I am not sure if this is a how-to question or an actual bug.

In all of my other apps (Adobe, Chrome, Finder) opened right now, I have no problem right-clicking anything, but in ONLYOFFICE desktop it seems to be completely disabled. No matter what I try (including actual right-click, holding ctrl button, etc) when trying to right-click a column or column letter to simply insert another column, the only thing that happens is that the little hand select tool appears and then closes into a fist…

Sadly, there appears to be no option in my insert menu either to just insert a column or a row. I thought maybe I just needed to modify something in settings, but no option there.

I feel really silly, I just downloaded this app an hour ago and I feel like these are rudimentary things I shouldn’t be having trouble with but I am. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey @TTT,

Sorry to hear about the right-click issue in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors on your MacBook!
Could you please:

  1. Share a short video showing the issue (e.g., trying to right-click in Spreadsheets, the hand tool behavior, and checking the Insert menu)? Upload it to a file storage service like ONLYOFFICE DocSpace, kDrive, or Dropbox and share the link.
  2. Confirm the exact version of ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors you’re using (check in the app’s About section)?

This will help us figure out if it’s a bug or a setup issue.

Hi Nikolas, sorry for the unnecessary ticket, de-installing and re-installing the application (just now) seemed to have fixed the bug. Thanks
