While editing a text bubble on a PDF in Desktop Editors, become cannot edit text in the bubble

I use
ONLYOFFICE: desktop editors: 9.0.4.50 (x64 exe)
OS: windows 10 Pro 22H2

If I repeatedly add and edit a text bubble in a PDF using the Desktop Editors, double-clicking the text bubble will not be able to edit it cause will not appear a cursor. However, I can continue editing if I reopen the PDF.
And other problem, editing a text bubble will automatically insert a new line code at the end of the text.

Hello,
Please provide screen recordings showing the reproduction steps for these two issues.
We also recommend creating separate topics for each issue.

Hello @DmitriiV
If that happens I’ll provide screen recording.
And I’ll create new topics for second issue.

Hello @nishigaki

We are looking forward to it.

Hello @Constantine

I provide screen recording. ONLYOFFICE

Double-clicking the text bubble will not be able to edit it cause will not appear a cursor.

Thank you. Please try double-clicking the callout box to edit it. Let me know if it works for you.

Thanks @Constantine

I placed over 30 text bubbles in an existing PDF, numbering each one sequentially from 1. Then, I started double-clicking each text bubble to enter edit mode and change the font color. After completing a few of these, double-clicking no longer entered edit mode.

However, after saving and closing the PDF and reopening it, double-clicking became editable again.

Thanks for the feedback. Is it possible to share original file for reproducing the issue from our end? I would gladly take a look at the issue with inability to edit some boxes after a while.

Thanks @Constantine

This issue occurred with some PDF files saved as PDFs in Microsoft Word 2019, or some PDF files saved using the “Print to PDF” function in Microsoft Word 2019. The original .docx file is a document of less than 10 pages consisting only of simple text, without any images or shapes.

However, I’m sorry, but this file is work-related and cannot be shared.

Thanks for the information.

Would it be possible to create a sample file that produces the same behavior? I’ve tried several times on version 9.3 of Desktop Editors and just now on 9.4, but did not manage to create such file.

Also, you can always send me the file via PM for internal analysis only, no public access will be granted to that file.

Thanks @Constantine

Okay, then please tell me the recipient of the private message.

You send a PM by clicking on my avatar and using MESSAGE button.

Thanks @Constantine

I will send you the data that the problem occurred.

I have received the file and checked the situation. For me, every balloon enters editing mode without any issues, I was able to change text color for every item in a single run using latest version 9.4 of Desktop Editors.

Just to make it a but easier to navigate I increased the zoom in the document to click on right items. Can you record a video with your attempt to change every item color to blue, for instance? Color change will help distinguish changed balloons from original ones.

Thanks @Constantine

This problem occurs randomly, so I can’t predict when it will happen even if I perform the same actions.

Are you instructed to record a video of all items changing color to blue? If so, what is the purpose?

Just to make sure that my edits are correct. Since you have mentioned other changes, can you elaborate on what do you do also? I’d like to run through them to reproduce the issue. My attempts were bringing no results so far.

Hello @Constantine

My explanation was poor.

I only added, moved, and transformed text bubbles, added comments, and colored the comment font. However, the issue wasn’t always reproducible using the specific steps.
