The could office URL is the address of your portal or personal cloud that you use in browser to access it.

No, that is not the Cloud office url. If you add that it merely opens the office desktop in Onlyoffice it will no add to the cloud services. Also the documents you point to are general documentation and have no direct relation to the question asked.
