Unhide a sheet of a sharing spreadsheet

Hello,

When sharing a spreadsheet with OnlyOffice, if a person unhide a sheet that was previously hidden, the sheet becomes visible on the spreadsheets of other online users who are currently working on the same file. This also changes their active sheet to the new one.

If you have any insights or solutions, I’d be happy to hear them.

Thanks for describing the behavior — it’s an interesting edge case in collaborative editing.

To understand exactly how it looks and feels (especially the part where the active sheet changes for other users), could you please record a short video showing the reproduction?

Just show:

  • One user hides/unhides a sheet
  • How it immediately affects the other user(s) who are already in the file

You can upload it to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace, kDrive, Google Drive or any other service and share the link here or attach here.
This will help us see the full picture much more clearly. Thanks a lot! :hugs:

I’d like to inform you that the issue with unhide has been resolved in new version 9.3 of the editors. For DocSpace Cloud the update will become available shortly.
