Unable to view printers

Good morning,

In Linux Fedora, with OnlyOffice versions 9.X, I am unable to view printers and therefore print documents. I have tried the rpm, flatpack and snap versions, but the problem persists. I have tried disabling the various sandboxes, but to no avail.

I do not have this problem with version 8.3.3.21 (rpm).

Any suggestions as to where I might have gone wrong?

Please let us know the exact Fedora version and record a video file file demonstrating the situation. Also, please install the Neofetch/Fastfetch app and show us their output results (they are system information tools).
One more thing, please confirm that you’re using the latest version of the app (v.9.1).
