Unable to install the ONLYOFFICE inside the Venn platform. I can download it however i am unable to install it, there an error: the parameter is incorrect. what should i do?

To better understand the issue, could you please provide the following:
- Which ONLYOFFICE product are you trying to install — Desktop Editors?
- A screenshot of the exact error message you’re getting.
- Are you installing it directly on your OS, or specifically inside the Venn secure enclave?
If inside Venn, has your Venn administrator added ONLYOFFICE to the list of approved applications?
