Trying to find help with the Fields plugin used in Simpro

I am new to this community, so I apologise if this is not the right place to ask a question. I am using Simpro and they have embedded onlyoffice to enable creation of nicely formatted documents that can be merged with data from Simpro using the Fields plugin. Unfortunately, Simpro say they do not offer any assistance with onlyoffice and plugins - the plugin shows no information that tells me where to go for support.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to ask questions about this plugin?

I can see it was developed by the developers of onlyoffice, but cannot find anything online related to its support.

This plugin is not developed by ONLYOFFICE. You can find all available plugins by ONLYOFFICE here: App Directory | ONLYOFFICE

I may assume that Simpro has developed this plugin by themselves, but left a part of the code that refers to Info and Support “as is”, thus it shows a basic description of any ONLYOFFICE plugin. You should contact their support with any query related to this plugin.
