OS version: Widows 10 Home, 22H2, build 19045.6332
App version: 9.0.4.50 (x64)
I selected a 20-page PDF file, 11,470 MB in size.
I deleted 19 pages from the file and saved it.
However, the size of the new file is still 11,470 MB.

Hey @inhum, ![]()
Thanks for reporting the issue with the PDF file size not reducing after deleting pages in ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors!
It sounds similar to two existing threads:
We’ve logged this as a known issue. We’re considering an option to overwrite the PDF content properly, but unfortunately, I don’t have a timeline for this fix yet. I’ll notify you as soon as we have updates!
If your case is different (e.g., specific file types, unique steps, or outcomes), could you share more details or a sample PDF file (via Google Drive/kDrive) and a video showing your steps (selecting, deleting pages, saving)? This would help confirm if it’s the same bug or something new.
Appreciate your patience ![]()
Hi Nicolas!
Yes, I have exactly the same case! OK, I’ll wait for the fix in the next versions.
