The Android app does not properly load all pages of PDF documents; some pages appear blank

Hello,

I’ve encountered an issue in the Android app where some PDF documents do not load all pages correctly. As a result, certain pages appear blank.

App version - 9.4.0

Android version - 13

Thank you for reporting this issue! To help us investigate, could you please share the PDF document where you’re experiencing this problem? This will allow us to reproduce the issue on our end and find the right fix.

If possible, it would also help to know:

  • Does this happen with all PDF files, or only specific ones?
  • Were these PDFs created/edited in ONLYOFFICE, or from another source?
