Text AutoCorrect (like Math AutoCorrect)

Hey!

Could it be possible to add the auto-correct feature already existing for math (in the equation editor) but for the text? It is very useful for taking notes, you can write only few letters, and by adding previously the abbrevition, the text editor will automatically convert into the corresponding text.

The principle is exactly the same as for the Math AutoCorrect feature, but in the “normal” text editor ; )

Thanks for the suggestion. Right now the AutoCorrect list only works inside equations, so custom abbreviations in regular text aren’t possible yet — but it’s already registered as an enhancement on our side (internal tracking number — 47511).

We’ll update the thread once there’s progress.
