Hi there,
I am a new ONLYOFFICE user who discovered this amazing suite by happening upon the Telegram bot, @ONLYOFFICE_bot. This bot has serious potential for collaboration on documents.
Unfortunately, when I send a document (e.g., .ods spreadsheet) to it in a group using /open@ONLYOFFICE_bot, the file that is created is read-only, and doesn’t support collaboration. This is contrary to its primary use case it seems! I did submit the issue on GitHub.
From what I can tell, besides [this webpage about it] – link removed, there’s been virtually no effort put into marketing this. This is the premier collaboration app for Web3.0 of 2025 without any doubt. The potential that this holds for my business and surely countless others is tremendous. I cannot believe more people don’t know about it!
Please fix this issue. I’ll tell you that I have been mucking about with spreadsheets in the Cloud for years now with my online coaching clients, sending them back and forth by email – it’s a nightmare. There’s no better way to do this than what I am trying to do with [the @ONLYOFFICE_bot] – link removed – for collaboration on docs in Telegram; [the Telegram for Zoom bot] – link removed, with Zoom configured with the [ONLYOFFICE DocSpace Zoom app] – link removed – to collaborate on documents in a Zoom meeting, and with the [UTasks Task Manager bot] – link removed – to manage the tasks of collaborative editing of these documents.
Please help with fixing this issue so I can enhance my business workflow, and definitely, definitely, definitely market this bot and its features, because I am blown away by its untapped potential.
