I used takeout.google.com to zip up my files for importing. (see below) I viewed the “Check unsupported files”, and it said that it doesn’t support the CCCommunity.zip file. Not sure why? Is there a file size limit?
I’m using docspace, I went to settings, data import, selected google workspace, and it’s not taking the zip file that Google provided me.

DocSpace expects Google Workspace data to be prepared in a specific format. After the export, each selected user folder should be compressed into a ZIP archive, and each uploaded archive should represent a single Google Workspace user. So, the issue is most likely not the ZIP file size itself, but rather the archive structure or content.

- Your exact DocSpace version.
- A screenshot or the downloaded list from “Check unsupported files”.
- Confirmation of whether this ZIP file is the original Google Takeout archive or a manually repacked archive containing individual user folders;
- Browser DevTools information captured at the moment of reproduction: open F12 in your browser, go to the Console and Network tabs, reproduce the issue, and send screenshots of any errors or failed requests.
