Spreadsheet reference data will be lost

After refreshing the page, the reference data will be lost, and the formula in the cell is missing the referenced file name. The cell value will be changed to #NAME?, and the value first time paste will be changed to #REF

Reproduction Steps

  1. Open two different spreadsheet document A and B
  2. Copy a cell from A, paste the data in B and choose paste link
  3. Refresh the page, perform the second step again
  4. Refresh the page

Hello @Jimmy0769 ,

We watched your video demonstration and noticed that you have Strict co-editing mode enabled.
Can you confirm you’re using Strict mode? Does this issue occur in Fast (real-time) co-editing mode as well?
In Strict mode, changes need to be explicitly saved. Before refreshing the page(by pressing the save button).
Did you see a “All changes saved” in the bottom panel?

In Strict co-editing mode, the Document Server doesn’t automatically save changes until you explicitly save. If you refresh before saving, unsaved data (including external references) will be lost.
Could you test if this issue persists when using Fast co-editing mode?
