Restart the iPhone application.

The rooms are displayed. Selection of the desired public room. The files are displayed.

Selecting the . xslx file for editing. “Unknown error - OK” is displayed. By clicking OK, the opening message is displayed (with the waiting wheel), but nothing happens.

Return to the root of the room. Selection of the . xslx file for modification. The application on iPhone crashes.

  1. Access from the Mac application.

The . xlsx file opens correctly. No problem. The file is closed by user on Mac.

  1. New access from the iPhone application.

Opening the application. Rooms are displayed. Selecting the desired public room. Files are displayed.

Selection of the . xslx file for modification. The file opens normally and can be modified.

Through my experience this is a recurring problem that can be reproduced at any time; not a one shot event

Hey @dpierre,

The detailed steps you provided are helpful.

I’d be incredibly grateful if you could share a short video showing the issue in action (e.g., opening the app, navigating to the public room, selecting the XLSX file, and the crash/error). This would make it much easier for us to reproduce the problem or, if we can’t, provide clear evidence of the issue occurring.

You can upload the video to a service like Google Drive or kDrive and share the link here. Thanks so much for your help, and we’ll get to the bottom of this! :hugs:
