Please reproduce the issue:
- Send a test email from SMTP settings.
- Send a registration invitation email.
- Trigger a password reset email.
Right after that, please collect the DocSpace logs folder and share it with us as an archive (it should be located here: /var/lib/docker/volumes/onlyoffice_log_data/_data/ )
