Hi, i try enable Third-party service integration in Onlyoffice with smsc and i get error “Bad keys”, what can I do?
Login and pass - 100% Correctly.

Hi, for SMSC in ONLYOFFICE Workspace the portal expects not just the account data, but also the correct authorization format: login, password or password MD5 hash (must be in lower case), plus your Sender ID (it must be registered in your SMSC account).

Please try entering the password as an MD5 hash (lowercase) and double-check that the Sender ID matches exactly what you created in the SMSC panel.

  • Your ONLYOFFICE Workspace version + installation type (Docker / DEB-RPM / Windows).
  • A screenshot of the SMSC integration settings (hide the password/hash).
  • Browser DevTools output while clicking Enable (Console + Network).
