I created a PDF file in the Community Desktop Version 9.3.1.8 (x64 msi) and i want to sign it with my digital certificate, but i just can´t find the “Signature” buttom inside Protection tab. I tried it with the defaut models, new documents created only with Onlyoffice and pdf files created by Onlyoffice, but in the word editing tab. I can see and use the Signature function when not dealing with PDF. When i create a sheet or a docx file i can see the tab and use my certificate, but with PDF i just can´t see it. How can i solve this problem?

At the moment, ONLYOFFICE Desktop Editors do not support adding a digital signature directly to PDF files in the same way as they do for DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX documents. This is a current limitation of the PDF editor, so what you are trying to do is unfortunately not available yet.
However, we already have an internal feature request for adding digital signatures to PDFs, and we have added your case and suggestion to that request as another example of real user demand. This will help us prioritize the feature and better shape its implementation.
We do not have an ETA for the implementation yet, but we will post an update here as soon as we have any news.
