In OO Documents how do I select a column of text? Alt+Select does not work.

Sorry, I misunderstood earlier — you’re looking for column selection inside a Document (text document), not in a Spreadsheet.

Could you please describe in a bit more detail what exactly you’re trying to do?

A short video or screenshot showing the desired result (and what currently happens when you try Alt + drag or other methods) would be very helpful for me to understand the exact scenario. (mb in other editors)
