Replace ribbon menu toolbar with classic drop down style menus?

Hi,
I’m testing OnlyOffice as a replacement for Google Docs for our startup.

I like a lot of what OnlyOffice does, but I hate the MS Office-style ribbon menu for the toolbar.

Frankly, I’m surprised to find it imposed on users here.
What’s worse is that I don’t see any way to turn this off and use classic drop down-style menus instead.
Is there no way to customize this?

Since the post is in the DocSpace category I need to ask you to make screenshot and show exactly which ribbon menu you suggest changing. If you mean the editor, please show that as well.
