Remove feature "Dark Document" in View tab

Hello,

Feature “Dark Document” is now unnecessary. Because feature “Page Color” in Layout tab is now available and from “Page Color” we can choose way more colors. “Dark Document” is no longer needed and this should be removed in the future update.

Actually, these are two different features, because “Dark Document” makes the document sheet dark only for user display, with color inversion for fonts, etc., but in reality the page remains white with black text. That means when printing, the output will still be a white sheet.
Page color, on the other hand, physically changes the sheet color.
