Problems connecting my self-hosted OnlyOffice to my self-hosted Owncloud since enabling 2FA (via TOTP) on Owncloud

Just as described in the title. Had connected my self-hosted onlyoffice to my self-hosted owncloud (connected via the internal ip address and port of the onlyoffice container and JWT secret key, disabled certificate verification) using the official onlyoffice connector from the owncloud app market and was working fine. But then when I enabled 2FA in owncloud it can no longer connect. I’m sure I’m missing something but can’t seem to work out how to connect it via app password or any other method.

Any help would be massively appreciated!

Please provide versions of apps that are being used:

  • Document Server;
  • connector app;
  • ownCloud.

The versions are:

Document Server: latest (so, assuming 9.2.1.1)

Owncloud: latest (10.16)

Connector: Downloaded directly from Owncloud app market so I assume the latest.

Thanks. Do you see an error upon connecting? Please provide a screenshot. By the way, did you enable 2FA via administration settings of ownCloud?
