Unable to print some PDF documents. What am I doing wrong?

What product do you use: Desktop Editors or Document Server? What is the version of it?
Provide more context to the issue:
- Do you see any error after attempting to print?
- What printing settings are used?
- If it happens with specific PDFs, it is possible to share one for analysis?

I am using Desktop Editors Community Version 9.2.0.100 (X64 exe). The documents in question are pdf bank statements, so I am not comfortable sharing them. I have tried printing 2 different bank statements with no success after saving the documents to laptop or printing while online banking. I use the same printing settings for all documents. It should be noted, that I was able to print the pdf after opening it from an email attachment. Very confusing. Other pdf’s and WORD documents print successfully. Any advice?
