When user is trying to print document (excel,word), you click “print” and there’s message appears: “Error. An error occurred while saving the file”. I’ve tried to login as Admin and print the same document, same message appears, so you can’t print any document. Also you can’t save document while you using it, but when you exit to main menu of OnlyOffice, open “My documents”, you can select and save any document you want without any trouble. Sometimes, when you changing orientation in the print menu from album to book or backwards, you can print but its 50/50 chance. Previously users could print any document without any problems. OnlyOffice installed on Windows Server 2019, users PCs are installed with win10/11, tried with different printers and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

We found the problem, it turned out the antivirus was interfering
