J’aimerais pouvoir choisir, dans les paramètres, la police par défaut de mon choix, sans avoir à rentrer dans le Terminal.

As for the suggestion, please elaborate - the category is set to DocSpace, but you mention “terminal” and version 9.2.1, which seems to me that Desktop Editors are being used. Is that correct?
