Additional information: Suggestion Status Bar for Mobile Android/iOS App

What I am suggestion is a Status Bar in the Android/iOS app version of OnlyOffice. Your Web version has a status bar, but if for what ever reason you can not get online, there are lost functions and information of the document in the Android/iOS version of OnlyOffice.

The Status Bar to the far left of the Web version that gives information of Page Count, Word Count and toggle Track Changes is gone. The Status Bar to the far Right that gives function of Zoom of - + function, Zoom of “Fit to Page” and last Zoom of “Fit to Width” functions are gone in the Android/iOS versions.

This would make the Android/iOS mobile apps more user friendly, feel more polished, and not tethered to the Web. If Internet connection lost the you are working without this useful knowledge and functions.

Hello @tdmeskimo
Just to make sure that we’re on the same page. Do I understand it right that you are suggesting implementing these statuses in the mobile apps

Yes, that is exactly what I am suggestion. The status bar is helpful is some many way when editing. Word count with out having to click on something to see it, what page you are on, and the zoom. The zoom help as a short cut button not having to navigate the menu tool bar on top to adjust the zoom while editing. Those to me are the three big items that if you are voting for a Status bar, should be there.

The tracker and English - United States is optional, more does not always have to be better but doesn’t hurt either to an end user point of view.

Hello @tdmeskimo,

Thank you for the detailed suggestion!

Regarding zoom — we already have an enhancement request for the zoom indicator in the mobile app (internal ref: 68620), so this is on our radar.

As for the word count and page count in the native mobile apps — we’re currently looking into this.

One small tip for the future: it helps us track things better when each suggestion is posted as a separate topic. That way each idea gets its own discussion and voting. Just something to keep in mind!
