For me, this is still an issue.

Document Server version: 9.31.10
Type of installation of the Document Server (docker, deb/rpm, exe, please point us to the installation guide that you used as well): docker (GitHub - nextcloud/docker: A community maintained docker micro-image for deploying Nextcloud on container platforms · GitHub)
Connector version: 10.0.0
OS: Debian Trixie, x86_64
Browser version: Firefox 150

This error appears more or less every 24 hours. The user agent can be the Nextcloud app or the Nextcloud Talk app.

My Nextcloud version in 33.0.3. For OnlyOffice Document Server deployment I have used the instructions and the docker compose file from GitHub - ONLYOFFICE/Docker-DocumentServer: ONLYOFFICE Document Server is an online office suite comprising viewers and editors for texts, spreadsheets and presentations, fully compatible with Office Open XML formats: .docx, .xlsx, .pptx and enabling collaborative editing in real time. · GitHub

We’re working on a new version of the connector app which includes a fix for this situation. At the moment I cannot provide ETA, however, we’re going to release it as soon as possible.
