When saving a document as pdf, it’s generated without bookmarks. I’d like to export a pdf file with bookmarks corresponding to the document’s headers. Am I doing something wrong or this is not an existing option?
I’m using Windows desktop app

Hi @ChristianH ![]()
Unfortunately, this option is not available at the moment. Just to clarify — do I understand correctly that you’d like to have this implemented in a way similar to MS Word, where bookmarks from a .docx file are preserved in the exported PDF as headings?
In MS Word, for example, you can enable this in the save options so that all bookmarks become headings in the PDF file.
Hi @Nikolas , yes, that’s what I meant, similar to MS Word or LibreOffice. It should be a feature request then. Thanks! ![]()
Got it
— thank you for confirming!
We already have a feature request for this functionality, and I’ve added your case to it. Once it’s implemented, I’ll make sure to notify you.
