Outgoing email from Docspaces is NEVER sent

I have sent out two invite emails. the emails are never received.

I have repeated click on the send activation email: dozens of times. No email is sent.

I think this is a problem with Docspace–it has no outgoing email capability whatsoever. I previously had installed Workspace: it could send email. Because of a password problem I had to destroy the droplet and start over. I decided I didn’t need all fo the workspace apps and reinstalled (recreated the droplet) Docspace.

You are trying hard to make this work but a lot seems broken in the admin areas. the editors are fine. Also, what is in community, workspace, business and enterprise is unclear. I can tell you that we will not do enterprise because it is too expensive.

You did not specify installation type.

Usually, this might be related to the ports availability. Do you have port 25 open and listening for connections? Do you use custom SMTP server? Have you tried sending test email?
