Please describe your suggestion as detailed as possible. You can also draw a scheme or attach images and videofile to the post (or to place them to external storage).

I try to connect Only Office to my cloud (Stack from TransIP).
On my iPad I can, on my iMac and my MacBook Pro I cannot. I get a 401 unautrorized message. Om my iPad there is the sub-gfestion ‘other cloud’ I used with the link Stack provided me with.
How can I make my Stackcloud accesible from both my iMac, my Mavbook as I did on my iPad?

Do I understand correctly that on your macOS devices you are using Desktop Editors?

As for the connection, can you please specify which protocol your cloud storage uses? Is it WebDAV or SMB?

Hello onstNti e,you are right, I use the desktop version of OnlyOffice. My Stack Cloud uses webdev. I tried toconnectbut it did not work on my i!ac and Macbook.It did on my iPad.

Thanks for the clarification. Due to certain limitations, connection directly to a WebDAV storage from the app is disabled. I can recommend connecting your storage right to Finder to make it accessible for Desktop Editor to open documents from.
