Our opportunities in the workspace are projects that often take many months, or even a year to complete. We are starting to notice months of notes being deleted off the beginning of the history on the opportunity file. Its a really big problem, as we often have to reference much older notes or emails.
Here is a screenshot of the section I am talking about.
Its almost as if some opportunities have a max limit for notes because others still have notes going back a year or more. Where one important opportunity just lost everything up to December.
As I said, this is a huge issue for us. We are going to have to start spinning up alternate servers to reference old information really soon.
