Hello,
for multiple weeks now, I have been trying to get ONLYOFFICE to work on my computer, but every time I want to open it, it shows a blank window for a bit and then instantly closes.
In Windows’ Event Viewer, I get the following error under “Windows Logs/Application”:

I have already tried:
- Reinstalling ONLYOFFICE
- Checking AppData, Local AppData, Program Files, Documents, User Folder, etc. for ONLYOFFICE-related Folders and deleting them
- Trying the Windows Store version, the online installer, and the offline installer.
- Trying different versions (9.3.1, 9.3.0, 9.2.0)
- Launching with
--disable-gpu - Setting ONLYOFICE to use my CPU instead of my graphics card in Nvidia’s Control Panel
- Updating my graphics drivers
Nothing solved the issue. There is an issue open on GitHub already, but it doesn’t seem to be getting any attention unfortunately, which is why I’m also posting this here.
My system:
- WIndows 11 25H2
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 (Game Ready Drivers 591.86)
- AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
