Enable color choice for PDF edit shape colors. Also, add a cloud tool that “links” so you can shape the cloud around drawings or text. I want to be able to redline blueprint drawings.

Please clarify what you mean by a cloud tool that “links”. Could you please attach a screenshot or a short example showing the expected result and how the cloud should behave around drawings or text?
Regarding shape colors, you can select an inserted shape and change its appearance in the Shape settings section of the right-side panel. Could you please confirm whether this is the color selection you need, or whether you expect a different behavior?
