OnlyOffice Component Load Error (error code -2)

When I try to open the file with Filebrowser Quantum, which provide an integration with OnlyOffice, I get the following error message:
" OnlyOffice Component Load Error
Error Code -2: Failed to load DocsAPI from OnlyOffice server"

OS is unraid with Onlyoffice and Filebrowser Quantum as docker containers.

It looks like the error is on the Onlyoffice side. Can anyone help here?

Can you share a link to the documentation about this integration? Also, please check out the logs of Document Server after reproducing the error. Logs are located in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver directory inside the container with Document Server. In particular, you need to look into out.log of the converter.
