My "Cut" function isn't working

For some reason, a few months ago, my “Cut” function quit working. Both Ctrl+X and when I hit the “Cut” button up top.

Anyone have any clue why or how to fix this?

The category of the topic is set to DocSpace – do you use DocSpace Cloud or on-premise installation? What is the version of it?
