I use multilevel bulleted lists A LOT. The default indentations for each level of the list do not suit my needs (too much wasted space, especially as level increases).
I understand how to change the indentation levels for a list, but I was shocked to find that changes are LOST for the next list in the document, let alone in new documents. It appears I must go through the reconfiguration process for EVERY list I create (if I have missed something, please correct me).
Consistent list formats are an essential aspect of document styling. It should be possible to change the default indentations and characters associated with each level in a list, either by setting them in the document template (this did not seem to work for me) or through the Home > Multilevel lists dialog.
