Missing dependency DocSpace Community installer Windows

Hello,

Today I tried to install the DocSpace Community Server on a Windows Server 2022 machine using the official installer. However, I ran into an issue with the dependency:

https://github.com/icedterminal/ffmpeg-installer/releases/download/6.0.0.20230306/FFmpeg%20Essentials.msi

The installer attempts to download this package, but it fails because the repository or file no longer exists. Without this dependency, I’m unable to complete the installation.

I would appreciate any help or guidance.

Thank you for the detailed report!
We’ve reproduced the issue — the installer is trying to fetch FFmpeg from a URL that no longer exists. We’re currently investigating and will update this thread once we have more information.

Hi @LeoGy,

We have registered this issue as a bug in our internal tracking system.

As a workaround, please follow these steps:

  1. Download and run the prerequisites package manually:
    https://download.onlyoffice.com/docspace/windows/ONLYOFFICE_DocSpace_Prerequisites_Win-install.latest.exe
  2. Once the prerequisites are installed, run the DocSpace installer again.

A fix is planned for one of the upcoming updates.
