Missing authorization opening file with iOS, iPadOS File app

Hello, when I open a file in OneDrive or NextCloud via IPadOS File app I get an error like “File cannot be open because you have not permission to view it” as shown here below.

Hi @luca,

could you please share:

  • ONLYOFFICE Documents app version (Settings → About)
  • iPadOS version
  • Did it work before? Were you able to open files from OneDrive/Nextcloud previously, and it stopped working at some point (e.g. after an app update)?
  • Does the error happen only when opening files through the iPadOS Files app, or also when opening them from the Cloud section inside the ONLYOFFICE app (as in your screenshot)?
