I’m trying to fill out a PDF form that someone sent me. In some fields, OnlyOffice automatically replaces the Arial font with “embedded: ASCW3.” I’ve tried changing the font (for example, to Helvetica) in both OnlyOffice and Adobe Pro, but without success.
Every time I open the file in OnlyOffice, these fonts are replaced with “embedded: ASCW3”.

I think I’ve identified the problem. There was a conflict between a font embedded in the PDF form and OnlyOffice. I don’t know why it worked with Adobe Pro but not with OnlyOffice; I suppose OnlyOffice used the ASC font by default when it couldn’t find the font. Since the PDF form wasn’t protected, I deleted all the fields and replaced them with embedded fonts (Helvetica).

I can’t easily share the document because it contains official data (CERFA).
If necessary, even if I manage to work around this issue, it will take me some time.
